Overview of the Custom Design Process

  1. Email order@accessdesignerdecor.com with the subject "Custom Design" with a description of your project. Please provide dimensions as well as fabric preference and as much detail as possible.
  2. A Design Specialist will confirm receipt of your request and guide you through the design process.
  3. A deposit of 50% of the order cost is required before entering the design phase of the project.
  4. A custom design will be drawn and shared with you before the piece is hand crafted to your specifications.
  5. The product will be shipped once paid in full.

Since many times work starts soon after receiving a confirmed order, orders once placed may not be cancelled.

Returns are not permitted because of the nature of the customized product.
